The Patriot Swim Team is a competitive swim team that focuses on athletes from the ages of 6 and up.  The children are grouped by age and ability and have daily practices offered to better their skills at swim meets.  A child must possess a certain skill level before joining the team.  This is not a learn to swim program, but it is the next step.  Please click on the tab swim groups to learn more.

The year is divided into sessions.  Sessions last either 3 or 4 months long.  Each level has different costs which will be determined after a tryout.  Additional fees include an annual USA swimming fee $57 per swimmer, and annual RecPlex nonmember fee, $5 per month (waived if a member).  There are also costs associated with meets.  Each event has a cost of approximately $2-$5 to enter.  There is a modest volunteer requirement which normally consists of attending meet sessions and helping out with a variety of tasks. Normally this is done in conjunction with a meet your child is entered in.
